Partner, Operations
Kevin Sprehe
Kevin grew up in a construction family, with his dad running a commercial construction company. He graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in construction management and has over 20 years’ experience working for commercial general contractors on projects of all sizes. Kevin’s expertise extends across a diverse range of projects including healthcare, historical renovations and preservation, new construction, multi-family, and much more. He has been involved at every level of construction from sweeping floors and picking up trash to being a Project Executive, and now owner of Pillar, overseeing large complex projects. In total, Kevin has overseen over $120MM of projects in the Metro New Orleans area. Kevin has been married for 16 years and has 6 children. He coaches local sports teams for his kids, is very involved in his church and has sat on various non-profit boards.
Partner, Business Development
Patrick Mansfield
Patrick has 20 years of experience in management consulting, private equity and real estate development. He graduated from Franciscan University with a degree in business where he was awarded a 4 year full tuition scholarship recipient and student body president. After graduating he moved back to New Orleans to work as a management consultant for the prime contractor for the largest housing contract in US history.
Next he worked with a private equity firm investing in small businesses in the gulf south. From there he started multiple companies investing and developing real estate in the New Orleans area. He has invested or developed real estate projects over the last decade and is a graduate of the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute and fellow of the Loyola University Institute of Politics. Patrick has been married for 15 years and has 5 children. He has been involved in his local church and sat on various non profit boards.
Vice President, Pre-Construction
David Siben
Dave grew up in the construction industry, spending his high school summers working in his father’s roofing company. He earned a degree in Business Management from the University of New Orleans and began his professional career in the insurance industry, where he worked as an adjuster and later served as a Regional Storm Supervisor.
After 15 years in insurance, Dave returned to his roots in construction. He now brings more than 25 years of experience in preconstruction and estimating with several contractors across Southeast Louisiana, along with over 10 years of project management experience. His background includes extensive work in civil, commercial, and industrial construction.
Dave is the proud father of two daughters and grandfather to three grandchildren. He has also been actively involved in his community, coaching youth sports teams that have won both state and national championships and serving on several church and civic boards over the years.
